Built on Experience, Focused on People
Before becoming a mortgage broker, Maryam built a strong foundation in finance through roles at Rolfe Benson Chartered Professional Accountants, Radius Industrial Works Inc., iKOR Development Inc., and other organizations in Canada and Iran. Her work included payroll, bank reconciliations, cash flow review, tax filings, financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and day to day financial coordination. These years gave her more than technical knowledge. They taught her how important trust, consistency, and care are when people are depending on you to get things right.
Maryam also brings an international and layered professional background to her work. Earlier in her career, she worked in both finance and engineering related roles, including positions with Nano Gostaresh and Jahanpars Group. From technical reporting to budgeting, administration, and project support, she developed a calm and capable way of handling complex things, which continues to shape how she works with clients now.
Her education reflects that same depth. Maryam studied Accounting and Business Management at Cégep Marie Victorin, pursued payroll studies through The Canadian Payroll Association, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran. That blend of analytical training and financial experience gives her a thoughtful perspective that clients genuinely benefit from.
